Terms & Conditions
1. Who we are
Crow and Arrow Apparel ("we," "us") sells motorcycle-inspired apparel through this website. We are located in Jarrell, Texas. You can reach us at jake@crowandarrowapparel.com or (940) 594-1818. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.
2. Ordering
Every item is printed to order through our fulfillment partner. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send an order confirmation. If you need to change or cancel, email us right away. Once an order enters production, usually within a few hours, we can no longer change or cancel it.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and do not include shipping or sales tax, which are shown at checkout. We collect Texas sales tax where required. If we discover a pricing error on an item you ordered, we will contact you to reconfirm or cancel for a full refund. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never store your full card number.
4. Shipping and delivery
Items are produced in 2 to 5 business days, then shipped with tracking. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please double-check your shipping address; packages sent to an address you entered incorrectly are your responsibility.
5. Returns
Returns and replacements are governed by our Refunds & Shipping policy below, which is part of these terms.
6. Our designs
All artwork, prints, logos, product names and site content belong to Crow and Arrow Apparel. Buying a shirt buys you a shirt, not a license to reproduce the design. Don't reprint, copy or resell our artwork.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no scraping, no interfering with checkout, no placing fraudulent orders, no impersonating other customers.
8. Disclaimers
Our standard apparel is casual clothing, not protective equipment. It is not designed, rated or certified to protect you in a crash. Products in our upcoming CE-rated line will carry their own certification documentation when released. The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Williamson County, Texas, unless applicable law says otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.

Refunds & Shipping
1. The deal with made-to-order
Nothing we sell sits in a warehouse. Each piece is printed for you after you order it. That keeps waste down and the catalog loud, but it means we can't accept returns just because an item is unwanted. Here's exactly what we cover.
2. Misprints, damage and defects
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. Email jake@crowandarrowapparel.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. That's it. No return shipping needed in most cases.
3. Wrong size or change of mind
Because every item is made to order, we don't offer standard returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Check the size chart on every product page before ordering; when in doubt, size up. If a size genuinely misses, reach out anyway. We're riders, not robots, and we'll look for a fair fix, which may be store credit at our discretion.
4. Lost or undelivered packages
If tracking shows your order stalled or lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll ship a replacement or refund you. If a package is returned to sender because the address you entered was incorrect or undeliverable, we can reship it once you confirm a corrected address; reshipping costs are on you.
5. How to file a claim
- Email jake@crowandarrowapparel.com with your order number.
- Attach photos of the item and the packaging if damaged.
- Tell us replacement or refund. We respond within 2 business days.
6. Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
7. Shipping
Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping time is added on top and estimated at checkout. You'll get tracking by email the moment your order ships. We currently ship within the United States; international is coming.
Accessibility
1. Our commitment
Crow and Arrow Apparel wants every rider to be able to use this site, regardless of ability. We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a checkbox.
2. What we do
- Text and background colors are chosen for strong contrast.
- Pages use semantic headings, labels and landmarks so screen readers can navigate.
- Every product image gets descriptive alternative text.
- The site is usable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Moving elements can be paused, and we respect reduced-motion settings.
3. Known limitations
Checkout, payment and order tracking run on third-party platforms we don't fully control. We choose vendors with published accessibility commitments and pass along any issues you report.
4. Feedback
If any part of this site is hard to use with assistive technology, tell us and we will fix it or get you what you need another way. Email jake@crowandarrowapparel.com or call (940) 594-1818. We aim to respond within 5 business days. We are located in Jarrell, Texas, and this statement reflects our obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
